We had the opportunity to spend a holiday in the house and I would like to write about the experience. The island is small and there is only one house on it, so you can enjoy the sea in complete privacy. A boat will sail by or dock nearby, otherwise you won't meet anyone. The beach is not sandy, but pebbles and concrete, yet the entrance to the sea is smooth and the sea is shallow. We had children with us and there was no problem. Access is also possible via steps, even so the sea is waist deep. The house was clean, fragrant sheets and towels available. Commercial water, for cooking and drinking you need to bring your own water. Only cold water flows in the sink, sink and shower. Hot water is outside. There is a barrel of water that will be heated by the sun. Don't expect hot water, but enough for showering, no problem even washing your hair. A great experience for children. 12 V light, no problem with that. Mobile phones and computers can be recharged on a spare source, other appliances cannot. The fridge is gas, it cooled well, it has a small freezer. There are enough utensils, there is also oil, flour, some pasta, sugar, etc., toilet paper, paper napkins. We didn't try TV and radio, there was no need. Renting a motorboat, but beware, it will not work without a captain's license, there is no other boat. But you can negotiate with the owner and for a fee of 120 Euros he will take you to the mainland and then back. There were also mosquitoes, but nothing terrible, some here and there, definitely not as much as on the mainland. But what I recommend is an insect spray, the ants made their way to the house, all we had to do was spray the road with repellant and they were gone. The owner is nice, helpful. And our summary, a quiet vacation without people, a lot of rest and a piece of sea that belonged to us for a while.
