The Sea House Modrave is located in the Zečica Bay, 15 minutes from Murter. It is located 10 meters from the sea and has its own boat dock. The facility can only be reached by boat. Free parking is provided in Murter, as is a transfer to the house. The house has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a sofa bed that can sleep two more people. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer and a gas stove. It has a TV with satellite receiver, internet with wifi connection and air conditioning. The house is powered by solar energy and rainwater, which is sufficient if used rationally. Pets are allowed and are charged 5 euros per day.
