Fully equipped villa with swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, close to Borik, Diklo, Uskok and Puntamika beaches (10 min on foot) and the city center (5-10 min by car). From the terrace at the top of the villa there is a wonderful view of the city center and the bell tower of St. Stošija, the sea, the islands and our guests can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The house consists of ground floor, first floor, terrace above, game room (table tennis, table football, darts, treadmill, TV), outdoor area for squash, mini football, boxing, badminton. Payment and terms

In June, July, August and September, the villa can be rented for a minimum of 7 nights, and arrivals and departures on Saturdays are mandatory. In other months of the year, guests can come any day for a minimum of 4 nights. Check in: 4pm - 9pm Check out: 10am

When making a reservation, an advance payment of 30% is required, and the remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
