Parking is provided in the garage next to the apartment, it is located on the ground floor of the house, and in front there is a courtyard with a covered barbecue. Apartment A4+1 is located on the first floor of the family house, has parking, a large terrace. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped. Both apartments are suitable for families with children because of the fenced yard and terrace, and the building is located on a quiet street.
