One (left) apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (each room has its own bathroom), kitchen with living room, and terrace. The second (right) apartment consists of a hallway, bedroom and large living room with kitchen, as well as two bathrooms and a terrace. The apartments have their own parking lot. The distance to the main square in the city center is 5 minutes on foot and to the beach in the city center is about 7 minutes on foot. The nearest beach in the city center is pebble, decorated, contains a children's playground, restaurants and bars and is suitable for families with children. It is also followed by a decorated sandy beach. Each apartment has its own parking space. Guests have free wi-fi throughout the property.

When booking, the guest pays a 10% deposit to the bank account and the rest is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Check-in on the day of arrival is after 3:00 PM. In case of cancellation three weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
