The apartment's location is great, on a quiet street and close to the beaches and the seaside promenade (5/10 minutes walk). The apartment was clean. There are two other rentals and the owners live on site. So there is sometimes noise in the common areas. We stayed in accommodation A4+2. The accommodation is spacious and the presence of a washing machine and a dishwasher is very much appreciated. The owners are very responsive and have always answered our requests. The only downside is that the second bedroom isn't in the apartment itself. You have to go through the landing or the balcony to access it, which isn't mentioned in the listing. This could be a problem with children.
The apartment is located in quiet street and close (6-7 minutes walking) to very nice beach with pine trees. It was very clean (haven't seen such clean apartment in Croatia before). It is part of apartment house with 3 guest apartments (+ one where the owners live). We were family with 2 kids (8 and 10) and A2+1 apartment (ID: 75057) was totally ok for us in terms of space as there are several places around the house (big gazebo and yard), where you can eat, play, talk, listen to music. Especially, you will like this if you are there with another family or group of friends (you have 2 or 3 apartments). Also, you have dishwasher in the kitchen - this is something you will really appreciate and washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment (ID: 75057) looks better in reality than on the pictures. The price for the stay is very reasonable. The owners are very nice, responsive and speak English well.
