The room exceeded all expectations! The window offers a breathtaking view that's hard to tear away – starting the morning with inspiration. The new furniture makes the interior stylish and cozy, and everything is thought through down to the last detail. I'd especially like to mention the hosts – very warm, caring, and attentive. You don't feel like a guest, but like a welcome friend. Staying here is a true pleasure, and you'll want to return again and again!

This is an accommodation to which we will definitely return! Communication with Ivan and Mateo is phenomenal, it's like staying with a friend. We were greeted by Ana (Ivan's sister), pleasant, cheerful, smiling, with little gifts for us and the children. A wonderful welcoming gesture that we will remember. The apartments are clean, tidy and you really have everything and more than you need for a pleasant vacation. Very nice, pleasant and clean accommodation. Upon arrival, a small snack was waiting for us (juice, water, wine and sweets). The apartment was excellently equipped for a child, everything was very clean and nice. The parking space is right in front of the house. The availability via the safety deposit box, where the keys were waiting for us, is also great. Since we were traveling with a small child, we arrived in the middle of the night and there was no problem with accommodation. We can only recommend. The owners are very nice people. We were greeted by a modern, safe, very neat and clean studio equipped with everything you may need while you are on holiday, and most importantly the kitchen is fully equipped. The place is quiet and ideal for families and couples. The sea is only a few minutes walk through the street shortcuts which Crikvenica is full of. In short, inside you feel at home, and outside you are a few steps away from enjoying the beach. Matea and Ivan are great hosts, they are very kind and try to make sure that the guests have everything they need. When we come to Crikvenica again we would definitely like to come back to Del Mar again. The facility is exceptionally clean, tidy, regularly maintained, in one word beautiful. As shown in the ad in reality is even more beautiful. Matea is adorable and wonderful, very culturally and completely devoted to the comfort of guests, and you have the impression that you are yourself, nobody out there. In the apartment you have absolutely everything, regularly changing towels and bedding, all rooms have air conditioning, all appliances are new, as well as all the furniture. Car park right in front of the building. Everything is very close, beach, promenade, market, restaurants ... 3-5 minutes walk. The internet is great in the facility, and you have the internet and on the beach which takes you about 3 minutes walk down the stairs. Recommendation and you will not repent.
