Our apartments are located in a quiet part of Crikvenica, close to all the amenities needed for a quality vacation. The house has a large garden filled with greenery.
Accommodation units
A 40% advance payment is required for booking. The rest is paid upon the guest's arrival. The ideal time of arrival is 14:00, and on the day of departure it is desirable that guests leave the apartment by 10:00.

We had a wonderful time at Apartment Evica in Crikvenica! We had the opportunity to get to know both the studio and the large apartment and are absolutely thrilled with both. Everything here is just right: Great features: Both apartments are super modern and furnished with great attention to detail. Absolutely nothing is missing – you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Perfect location: The location is great – you don't have to go far to get to the sea and can reach the beach and promenades easily and quickly. Warm hospitality: A very special thank you goes to the landlords! They are incredibly kind, accommodating, and always available to answer questions and offer helpful tips. From the very first moment, you feel warmly welcomed and in good hands.
Very nice and pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, air-conditioned upon arrival, equipped with all appliances and everything you need for your stay. The apartment is very close to the beach. You park your car inside the courtyard, which is fenced and very safe. We were most impressed by the swimming pool inside the courtyard, which is very clean, with sun loungers and parasols around. The hosts are very kind, accommodating and always willing to help. They are at your disposal for everything. Warm recommendations for these wonderful people and their accommodation.

I recommend a vacation in Crikvenica, apartments Evica. We have been there several times and felt very good. If you want a vacation like in a fairy tale, then go to Nenad's, there is everything. The pool is great and you can swim all day. Go once and then you will come back every summer

We stayed in apartment A2+1. The sea is close, the owners of the apartment are polite and open, the apartment is comfortable with everything you need for a good vacation. The apartment also has a barbecue, a swimming pool and parking. Nothing is missing here and everything is close, so I would recommend everyone to come and have a nice rest.

I have stayed with these wonderful and kind hosts several times. In season and off season. During the off-season I stayed in the larger rooms, and during the season, with my wife in the studio. At any time of the day or night or season, the hosts were there to meet our needs and made our stay truly enjoyable. The cleanliness was top notch, a quiet part of Crikvenica without noise. Everything is within easy reach. I would never go back to a place I was in and the service was not good. So I went back with my wife and enjoyed the beautiful beaches and the beautiful sea.
