In the family house Jela there are 2 spacious apartments and 1 comfortable room with private bathroom. Some 600m from the sea, house Jela is located in a quiet part of town with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk. During the summer months, it is best to leave your car in one of the several parking spaces in front of the house and carelessly head to the nearest beach or city center (10–15-minute walking). If you don't feel like walking, the city bus that passes by our house will significantly shorten the journey. Apartments and rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Sat-TV, WLAN internet, bathrooms with shower, spacious terraces or balconies with sea view equipped with seating furniture. The room has a mini fridge and kettle while the kitchens in the apartments are equipped with microwave, refrigerators, ovens, and everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Check-in from 1:00 pm and check-out until 9:00 am.

Payment and terms

Tourist tax, tourist registration, electricity and water consumption, cutlery and cooking equipment, parking space, free internet, weekly change of bed linen/towels and final cleaning are included in the daily rental price. Prices are in euros and refer to daily rent for 1-4 people in apartments or 1-2 people in a double room sleeping on basic beds. For children or adults on an extra bed, the supplement is 6 EUR, except during the high season (July 15th - August 25th), when the supplement is 7 EUR per person/day. For child up to 7 years old who sleep with parents in the same bed, the supplement is 3,5 EUR per day. For the use of air conditioning, the supplement is 4 EUR per day. For pets (dog, cat) the supplement is 4 EUR per pet per/day. For a stay of up to 3 nights, the price is increased by 30%. To confirm the reservation a 30% deposit is required, the rest is paid upon arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 30 days before arrival, the advance payment will be refunded, minus the bank charges. For reservations that are canceled between 30 and 10 days before arrival, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled less than 10 days before arrival, the advance payment will not be refunded.
