In a quiet part of Crikvenica, only 5 minutes easy walk through the pine forest to the beach, you will find comfortable accommodation and hospitable hosts. We have 3 modern apartments with all kitchen appliances. There is also a dishwasher in each apartment. Experience the pleasure of drinking your first morning coffee or tea on the terrace overlooking the sea and the scent of lavender, rosemary, laurel, oleander or an evening illuminated by the stars ... The freshness of the day will be provided by air conditioning. In the yard you can use the charcoal grill and enjoy hot delicacies from the grill, isolated from the city noise. Apartments Strahija are an ideal choice for families with children who, after sea activities, can play in the greenest yard in the street, full of palm trees and Mediterranean plants. You don’t have to worry about your car, we’ll put it in the parking lot in our backyard. Due to the mixing of mountain and Mediterranean climate and air full of medicinal salt, the area of Crikvenica is beneficial for bronchitis and asthmatics.

The daily rent of the apartment includes the consumption of electricity, water, bed linen, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils. On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10 am. On the day of arrival, the apartment is entered after 2 pm. Tourist tax is included in the price of renting an apartment. Air conditioning is charged 5 euros per day for APP CVRČAK, for APP GALEB 7 € per day and for APP MORE 10 € per day. Air conditioning rental is optional. Children up to 3 years without bed and overnight services stay for free, and children up to 5 years who sleep with their parents pay 5 euros per day. Extra bed is charged 8 euros per day. A dog or cat is charged 6 euros per day. For stays up to 3 nights you pay 30% more. Advance payment and payment upon arrival is required.

State, Strahija are wonderful people, every day they care for us to have fresh fruit or other delicacies. Distance from the sea quite a lot but everyone will give advice to the city center is about 3.5 km you can go along the coast with great views. Accommodation very nice, clean, cool, high-standard home furnishings. There are two stores just behind the house. Greetings to the owners.

Owners very nice, friendly. Apartment recommendable. We stayed in 6 + 2. 5 adults and 3 children. But calmly still 2 people would fit. View from the sea (slightly limited by the trees) but so wonderful. To the beach close - about 7-10 minutes walk. The nearest stony beach but lying on it did not cause problems, plus a few trees gave some shade. Descent to the water very nice - children could bathe at will. Across the house from the shopping center and Lidl. Cottage on the outskirts of the city which I consider to be a big plus since there were no such crowds. On the main promenade the evening walk was a pleasure. If we still go to that area we will definitely use it. RECOMMEND

A wonderful place to spend a holiday with the family. Excitable owners of the house! Spacious apartment with balconies from each room overlooking the sea, equipped kitchen, close to the shopping center, very close to the beach, clean and tidy. I would recommend 100%. We stayed in a lovely studio with two balconies. The owner and his wife were helpful and friendly. House is clean full equipped with big parking and quiet garden.2 minutes from the house is a new shopping house where you can buy everything what you need and also enjoy good coffee with beautiful see view. The prices are very reasonable, too. We will come again.
