The new and modernly equipped Apartments Sara are located in a quiet area, only 200m from the center of Crikvenica. Due to its excellent location, all city amenities are within a 5-10 minute walk (beaches, restaurants, bars, shops...). Two studio apartments on the ground floor of the building are arranged on two levels: in the lower part there is a spacious living room, a kitchen with a table for serving meals and a bathroom with a shower, while the bedroom with a double bed is located on the gallery. The remaining two studio apartments on the first floor of the building each contain 3 beds, a kitchen with a table for serving meals, and a bathroom with a shower. All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WLAN Internet, while the kitchens are equipped with hobs, fridges, kettles and all necessary dishes for preparing and serving meals.

The indicated prices refer to the daily rent based on basic beds in each of the apartments (2 or 3 persons) and do not include the use of air conditioning. The use of air conditioning is additionally charged 5 EUR per day. The daily rent of the apartment includes tourist tax, consumption of electricity, water, bed linen, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as cleaning after the guest's departure. Check-in after 14:00, and check-out by 10:00 in the morning.

I am writing this review to warn others who are planning to spend their vacation here. The location of the apartment is really close to the center, beach and shops. The apartment is clean and tidy. Last year we stayed in the lower apartment and everything was fine, except for the bed which was accessed by stairs and you had to be careful not to hit your head when getting up. Since that was our only drawback and we started looking for accommodation late, we called the lady again and asked for the upper apartment. Even though the price on the website is €90 per night, the lady said we could negotiate for €75, which we agreed to. The apartment clearly states the price list from this year at the entrance, stating that the price for two people is €70 per night for the same apartment. An overnight stay for three people is €90. This price list is not displayed online and you will not see it when renting. A third person joined us for the last two nights, to which the lady said there was no problem, but still charged us an additional €40 on the last day. According to the price list, a 7-night stay in the apartment should have cost us €530, but the lady charged us €565. Air conditioning was charged an additional €5 per day as stated in the price list, but we really couldn't live without it. We paid €600 in total for 7 nights. The room is really small, the bathroom especially, and the studio is definitely not worth the money (almost €86 per day). The biggest problem was that people come to the seaside to relax, but the lady clearly doesn't understand that. One morning she knocked on the door of the room and brought in a guest who was staying in the room below to come and see ours. I must mention that I was still asleep at the time. Every day the lady commented that I was sleeping too long. Since the lady lives in the same house as the rooms, there is no peace at all. Her cell phone is turned up to full volume, she constantly walks past the room, talks to her family, etc. With a price of €86 per night, I really expect to be able to have my peace and not have to constantly “wait” for the lady to come into my room. Also, last year she just walked into the room without knocking. The parking lot is not in front of the house but somewhere further up, but we didn't use the car so it didn't bother us. Unfortunately, I do not recommend any of these accommodations for stays longer than one/two nights.
Greeting. Spent 5 wonderful days with our little family. Everything was at our fingertips. The beach is a few minutes away and great beaches for children. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating and we are satisfied with the accommodation, cleanliness and their hospitality. The advantage is their parking. You leave the car and don't touch it until you leave. The city offers great evenings and programs. Thanks again and see you next year!

Dear Sir, let me emphasize in advance that it will be a long review, because I would like to write what happened, but I will try to make it shorter. I don't usually write reviews for apartments, but this one really deserved to be written so that everyone knows and doesn't fall for those scams. Basically, I found "Sara Apartments" through apartmanija.hr. I sent an inquiry, where the lady wrote to me that they had a free apartment for the time I asked for and that they had parking (because I also asked in the inquiry if they had parking). She additionally wrote to me to call the given number for more information. Then I called her and we agreed to reserve an apartment for three people, to come on Friday (where I emphasized that we will arrive around 5, because I work and it takes me about two hours to get to Crikvenica). The lady told me that it was not a problem, that she had reserved an apartment for us and that we would see each other on Friday. That's the end of our communication regarding the reservation, we didn't hear from each other until Friday (let me emphasize that at that moment she has my email and phone number). On Friday, I left work earlier, so we arrived in Crikvenica earlier. I call the lady at 15:29 where she rejects my call, I call again and then she answers. I say that we will arrive at the apartment in about 10-15 minutes, to which she begins to tell me that she thought we would not come and that she rented out the apartment but has another one for one night, to which I reacted a little more violently and turned it off. Then she called me a couple of times and said let's come and we'll sort it out. When we went to the apartment, she made an excuse that earlier some girls canceled on her at 4 in the afternoon and that's why she thought that I would also call and cancel. Additionally, she talked about how she had been calling me all day, but obviously she didn't have the right number (and we already talked about the reservation, which means she had my number). When I asked her what I should do now that I've already arrived, it's July, it's Friday and there's no chance of finding an apartment because everything is taken, she said she doesn't know, she can give us the apartment she has for one night, but unfortunately not for two nights, because the next day other guests who had made a reservation would arrive (to mention that she gave us the apartment to a man who came with two
