Very safe for children. Each apartment has its own parking lot, which is under 24-hour video surveillance. On the ground floor of the house there is a shop with food and drinks. The nearest beach is a 4-minute walk away. The facility is a 20-minute walk from the city center, there is a possibility of transportation by tourist train, the station of which is in front of the house.

The reservation of the apartment is possible after an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the total price. The advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival at the facility. The minimum number of nights is 7. Arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays. Check out is no later than 10 a.m., and check in from 2 p.m. In the event of any damage, guests are obliged to pay for the damage in full before leaving the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, billiard room and by the pool. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the apartment. Please make sure to turn off all electronic devices (TV, AIR CONDITIONER, LAPTOP...) before leaving the apartment to avoid a fire and close the awning. Thanks
