Apartments - Villa-Ljubica are located in a quiet part of the town of Crikvenica near Thalassotherapy, surrounded by Mediterranean nature that gives you the instinctive vacation and relaxation in one of our six apartments. All apartments are newly renovated and have a separate entrance. In the garden we have a large fireplace where you can prepare barbecued meals and dine in the beautiful ambience of our garden. The apartments are located far from the main road in a quiet environment so we guarantee a peaceful vacation.

Reservations In the period from 01 July to 31 August the minimum stay in the apartment is 7 nights. All prices are expressed in Euros. The price includes electricity, water, dishes, tablecloths, bed linen, towels, free Wi-Fi and final cleaning. Residence tax - Sojourn tax and registration of guests are not included in the price - Sojourn tax per day is 1,50 € Pets are not allowed in the apartments. Method of payment You pay for the selected accommodation unit in two parts. The first part (advance) is paid in advance when booking, and the second part you pay in cash us on the day of arrival to the selected accommodation. Advance payment is 35% of the total accommodation price. - check in from 14:00 - check out until 10:00 am

We spent an amazing time at these apartments. Good location, clean and flat rooms with well-equipped facilities, not far from the sea, a lot of beaches within 5-10 minutes by walk. Most rooms have a separate entrance, which is very comfortable. The rooms are well planned with a view to temperature balance maintenance, so you don't need the air conditioner. Location of apartments is good too, because you can reach at least three supermarkets within 5 minutes by car, including a large Lidl within 10-15 minutes by walk. An absence of loud and brutal russians is a privilege. Water in the sea is clean and calm, and the beaches are slightly overcrowded, but you will always find a separate place. Maybe a slightly weak wi-fi will bring discomfort, but for us, this was not a big problem, because we were using Internet roaming. The owners were very hospitable and cordial.

I have just been with my family for a 9-day stay in Villa. Great conditions, nice hosts. On. Beaches or the city close. Nearby, you can choose from a variety of colors, concrete and rocky beaches, and a sandy beach for families with great access to the sea (shoes not needed). The perfect place to relax. The rooms are super equipped.
