Welcome to Apartment Vivien, a bright and cozy vacation apartment perfectly located in the very center of Crikvenica. The beach is only 50 meters away, and everything you need - shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafes - is within easy reach, so you can fully relax and enjoy your vacation without the need for a car. The apartment is located on the third floor of a modern building with an elevator and has a south-facing balcony with a beautiful sea view - an ideal place for a morning coffee or an evening drink. It offers two comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area, a separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is designed for up to six people and is equipped with everything we would want on vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people and includes a coffee machine, salt, pepper, oil, sugar and all the necessary cooking and serving utensils. Bed linen is provided, and each guest receives two towels. A dishcloth, cleaning products and hand soap are also available. The apartment is air-conditioned with two units – one in the living room and one in the hallway – to ensure a comfortable temperature in the room. Free Wi-Fi is included. Families with small children are very welcome – we provide a cot with bedding and a high chair free of charge upon request. There is a washing machine in the hallway, and clothes drying racks and an iron are also available. Note: Although the building has an elevator, the apartment is not fully adapted for people with disabilities as the elevator is accessed via three steps from the main entrance. Pets are welcome, and Monty's Pet Beach – a dog-friendly beach where dogs can enjoy the sea – is only 200 meters away. Private parking is not available, but you can purchase a tourist parking ticket that allows parking throughout the Crikvenica area in places without ramps.
