Renovated house in Vinodolski Municipality - place Drivenik - consists of ground floor (living room with dining room, kitchen and bathroom - 40 m2) and first floor with 3 rooms, two of which have access to the terrace. 2 rooms have a bed sized (180 x 200 cm), and 1 room has a bed size of 90 x 200 cm. From the terrace there is a beautiful view of the large meadow as well as the nearby mountains. Just 300m from the house there is a paragliding landfill, while only 3 minutes away from the house there is Tribalj lake where fishing is possible near the horses. The yard is fenced with a wall and an iron door. In the yard there is a barbecue with a table and chairs. Parking is in front of the house, on the public floor. The owner is at your disposal for any additional questions.
