Supermarket is right in front of the building, hospital is few blocks away but no sirens can be heard, beaches are 2-3 min walk away, bus station is one block away, city centre can be reached by bus (10 min) or walk along the beaches and marina (20 min walk). Bus station is a block away. Surrounded by park this neighborhood is unique for its architecture and location. Built during socialist era these streets were unique because they all have a lot of green areas, sea views and parking spaces. Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 couches in the living room that can accommodate other guests. Bigger couch has its separate room that is divided with screen from the living room area. Kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom, 2 balconies. I am here for advice or help for my guests but I do respect their privacy.
