The entire holiday house is available for rent. It is situated in a quiet bay of Mavarstica, on the southern part of Ciovo Island , town of Okrug Gornji, Croatia. Its southern exposure offers picturesque views of the sea, with the beach being only half a minute’s walk away - ideal for relaxing summer vacation. The house is a spacious two-storey building (100m2 in total) surrounded by a typical Mediterranean garden. There is a spacious terrace in front of the house, with pleasant shade provided by wild vine . The balcony on the first floor opens to a stunning view of the sea, and is an ideal place to spend quiet evenings. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with twin beds in each. A folding bed in the living room offers two additional places to sleep. Two types of beaches can be found in Mavarstica, both rocky and pebble beaches, allowing for people with different requirements to find a perfect spot to spend a relaxing day.
