Very well maintained and very clean four star holiday home in a quiet location with three modern apartments. Everything is new, tasteful and furnished with attention to detail, as shown in the advertisement. Fresh bed linen, hand and bath towels are provided. A very nice, clean and well-kept garden overlooking the sea, with the opportunity to grill on a new stainless steel grill is at your disposal. All apartments have terraces with tables, chairs, large umbrellas and sun loungers. The hospitable landlord, Mr. Nino Končić, a very nice man, speaks very good German and makes sure that the guests feel good and safe during their stay. The facility has its own parking spaces, two of which are covered. The beautiful pebble beaches, with crystal clear water, can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. In the vicinity you have good shopping, Lidl, Konzum shopping center, with drugstore Müller and many other shops. You can also quickly reach the city center along the beach promenade with numerous restaurants and bars. We felt very comfortable there and can gladly recommend this apartment.

Owner Mr. Nino is extremely friendly. The apartment and the whole house are very modernly furnished, maintained and extremely clean. Clean towels and a washer and dryer are always available, including a dishwasher. Very nice and well maintained garden with barbecue, deck chairs, swing, table. Everything is exactly as in the photos and description. Close to the beach, close to the center, close to the mall, but still in a quiet location. We were surprised by the small attention we didn't get elsewhere: welcome gift, unlimited clean towels, toilet paper, dishwasher cleaner, cabinet hangers. Recommended for everyone!

Very modern and tastefully furnished apartment. The outdoor area is very well maintained. The center and the beach are nearby and within easy walking distance. The owner is nice and ready to help. This accommodation is reasonably priced and recommended.

We stayed in August 2017 in this place. It is a very great apartment very clean modern furnished, the host Nino is very nice always helpful we can only report positive and will also go back there. Accommodation on the internet reflects reality in 100%. Especially demanding, clean and pleasant environment. Nino is an excellent hostess, he seeks to find and resolve every request. One week at a time of sabotage, we can solve a small technical problem quickly. The apartment satisfies every need. We can only recommend it to anyone, because he is able to provide the conditions for rest in right conditions. We hope to have a chance to meet her later. Crikvenica is a pleasant town, its beaches are clean and suitable for families. Their prices are realistic in the current circumstances.

We just returned from vacation. We were accommodated in apartment A2. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The garden is very nice (with a grill) and ideal for children because it is far from the road. The host was very kind and open to any kind of help. The beach is about 7 minutes walk down the stairs and the Lidl store is very close. We are going to Croatia for a vacation in Croatia for years and can say freely that we have been pleasantly surprised with the host and accommodation. Warm recommendation to everyone.

We had our holiday in July 2017 in A2 spent. Rooms are very clean and very well maintained. Garden is really gorgeous (with barbecue) and ideal for children since it is off the street. The only downside for us was that there were unfortunately no chairs in the garden (therefore only a very good). I hope Nino has already worried Beach is about 7 minutes walk over stairs reach, and the shopping center is at the end of the street which was also very pleasant if you were self catering. Will definitely go back soon with Nino vacation.

We are so thrilled with this place !! Amazing view, super clean apartments, we also got a lot of fresh fruits in the fridge and a warm welcoming from hosts. The whole vacation was really great, everything we asked for we got it. Coming next summer definitely.

Calling all sun-lovers! One week (30.07.-06.08.2016) holiday in this great apartment is just not enough! We had Palma3 and Palma1. Both apartments are very clean, modern and tastefully furnished. There is everything: Sparkling white, good smelling towels, super clean sheets, coffee filters, dishwasher tabs, sugar, salt, pepper, Hand lotion in all toilets and more. For daily shopping is about 500m from a large Konzum, which I have visited in the morning walk to get fresh bread. The best is the view of the sea. The apartment has a balcony ideal: the sun all day !! You can have breakfast outside, read and enjoy the view. Nino, the owner, is very friendly, helpful and open to all questions. Next to the house a staircase leads down to the beach, very easy to walk (about 10 min.). About this route also provides access in the evening for a walk to the promenade. Attractions there for the few rainy days also ;-) This investment is suitable for anyone who appreciates the beach and cleanliness. PS The photos correspond absolutely to the original :-)

Had two weeks rented the apartment and were completely satisfied. We were very nice by the owner (fluent in German) received. Apartment and garden correspond exactly to the pictures - everything super clean and tidy. The floor plan is very nice and the size was perfect for us. Sheets and towels are provided, changed if necessary. The kitchen is very well equipped. A large supermarket is right nearby and the center is also easily accessible on foot. All in all, highly recommended!

An extremely successful and stylish new renovation, with attention to detail! The owner has been able to make really nice apartments. The house is surrounded by greenery, with beautiful sea views. In addition, it pays great attention to cleanliness. The owners are very nice and courteous. What I appreciated is a certain distance from the mass tourism, but within reach, in case you missed that. The complex is ideal as a center for further inquiries. The island of Krk is situated in close proximity, Opatija, Istria are easy to reach by car. The apartment is original as in the add photos and in top condition. The owner was always on the spot and take care for us in any time . We can definitely recommend the house to anyone who loves quiet, far away from mass tourism. The beach and restaurants are easily reachable by foot. All in all, very nice, very kind host and the house can be recommended with all respects! We will come back!
