The area of the house is 32 m2, and the area of the terrace is 21 m2. The house consists of a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with toilet, terrace, parking space and garden. The houses are well equipped: air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, Wifi internet, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric grill, kettle, fully equipped kitchen.

When booking accommodation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is paid. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival at the mobile home in cash. Arrival time at the mobile home is from 3:00 PM on the day of check-in, and departure is by 10:00 AM on the day of check-out. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are paid additionally in the amount of €70 per stay. Tourist tax is not included in the price. Amounts: €1.4/day for adults, €0.7 for children from 12 to 18 years old, and children under 12 years old do not pay the tourist tax.
