The apartment is located on the first floor and is fully equipped to make the family feel comfortable during their stay. It is decorated in a retro style reminiscent of the Mediterranean as it used to be, so that the guest feels as if he has come to visit his grandparents, in his own home. Every detail is chosen or made with love, so that it has everything that a modern household needs. The house in which the apartment is located is surrounded by Mediterranean plants, roses, citrus fruits, a large fig tree and a cherry tree. The guest has a 5-minute walk to the beach, and a 15-minute walk to the center with all the amenities of a smaller town. The house is located in a quiet area, and there is a police station 50 m from it. Vodice is perfectly located on the central Adriatic, which makes it attractive for day trips within a radius of approx. 100 km (Zadar, Šibenik, Dalmatinska Zagora, Skradin, Split, Krka Waterfalls, Kornati, the islands of Prvić and Zlarin, bicycle paths, newly renovated promenade to the neighboring town of Tribunj...).

Payment and terms

The appointment will be reserved after the guest pays an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the accommodation to the host's account, which will be communicated to the guest, and the guest will pay the rest of 70% immediately upon arrival in the apartment. Guests are received from 2:00 p.m., on which occasion they will be greeted personally by their hostess, while the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. upon departure. The guest should leave the apartment in the same condition as he found it upon arrival. We especially emphasize that smoking and the use of any intoxicants, as well as bringing pets, are not allowed in the apartment. For safety reasons, the guest is obliged to turn off the air conditioner, close the skylight in the bathroom and lock the apartment every time he leaves the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the appointment 30 days before arrival is free. In case of cancellation 30-15 days before the planned arrival, the host retains the reservation in one hundred percent amount. If it is canceled less than 15 days before the day of the planned arrival, the reservation is retained in its entirety, except in case of force majeure, when a solution will be found with the guest to the satisfaction of both parties, which is ultimately a common goal.
